About Custom Made ProductsSolid Rock Off-Road stands behind all SROR fabricated products. Each piece made is test fit on two trucks before shipping. Due to age, condition, modifications, damage, etc we cannot guarantee that your order will slide into place without slight adjustments on your part. It is understood that you may need to make minor modifications for these reasons. Solid Rock Off-Road products are precision made, your truck may have slight tweaks that make adjustments necessary. We have experienced installations that have these types of problems and understand how frustrating it can be to install our products when problems occur. We are happy to install any product for you for an additional fee. The only way you can avoid needing to make any adjustment is to leave your truck with us for fitting and installing. Modification of your vehicle using parts sold by Solid Rock Off-Road may create a dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury. The buyer hereby expressly assumes all risks associated with any such modifications. Parts sold by Solid Rock Off-Road are for off road use only. Any item requiring custom fabrication requires an NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% for material purchases. No work will be started until the deposit is received. The deposit amount will be taken off of the final price when the custom work is to be paid for. If finished items are not picked up within 30 days after finished date and notification, the contract will be considered null and void and said items will become the property of Solid Rock Off Road and will be resold.
